A Whale of an Evening

About 40 young people from the Logan Square and Logandale Clubs spent an evening with Shedd Aquarium staff getting an up-close and personal visit with the aquarium's beluga whales, clownfish, Mexican iguana and other creatures. Members observed the animals and took notes about their behavior, habitats and survival. The after-hours evening was a great way for the young people to experience one of Chicago's treasured museums, study and experience sea life and interact with the Shedd's knowledgeable marine staff.
